Fabric Games

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

The short version: This policy covers all Fabric Games games: Tumble Pics (iOS and Android) and Main Street Makeover (Android). There are no accounts, so we don't ask for your name or email to play, and in-app purchases are paid through Apple or Google, so we never see your card details. Our Games use partners for analytics, ads and content downloads, listed per Game in section 13. These partners collect device identifiers and usage data. Where the law requires it, analytics and personalised ads only run after you agree — and wherever you live, you can ask us to access or delete your data at hello@fabric-games.com.

Each section below opens with a plain-language summary in italics. The full text is the legally binding version.

1. Who we are

We're the company behind Tumble Pics and Main Street Makeover, and we decide how your data is handled.

Fabric Games Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the information described in this policy.

Address: Ennis Suite, Unit 4, 419 Wick Lane, London, E3 2PW, United Kingdom
Privacy contact: Thomas Peter Martin — hello@fabric-games.com

This policy covers our mobile games and the support we provide for them (each a "Game"):

  • Tumble Pics, for iOS and Android
  • Main Street Makeover, for Android

What each Game collects and who it shares data with is listed in section 13. Third-party services you reach from a Game, such as an app store or an advertiser's website, have their own policies.

2. What we collect

Device, usage and advertising data through our partners' tools — not your name, account or card details.

Our Games have no accounts. We do not collect your name, email address, account credentials or payment card details. Through the third-party tools each Game uses (section 13), the following is collected automatically:

  • Device and technical data: device model, operating system, language, region, screen size, app version.
  • Device identifiers: an advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android; Apple's IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking) and identifiers the tools create for the app on your device.
  • Usage and analytics data: in-game events, session length, features used, progress, and crash reports.
  • Approximate location: country or region, derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Advertising data: which ads were requested and shown, and how you interacted with them.
  • Attribution data: which ad or source led to your install, where a Game measures this.
  • Purchase records: for in-app purchases, the product, price and a transaction receipt from Apple or Google. Payment itself is handled by the app store; we never see your card details.
  • Your privacy choices: the consent choices you make in a Game, stored on your device.

If you contact support, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

3. How we use it

To run and improve our Games, fix crashes, show ads and handle purchases.

We use this information to:

  • run the Game and deliver its content, including downloading level art;
  • understand how players use the Game and improve it;
  • diagnose crashes and technical problems;
  • show ads, including personalised ads where you have allowed them, and measure how they perform;
  • process and restore in-app purchases;
  • protect against fraud and abuse;
  • respond to your requests;
  • meet our legal obligations.

4. Consent and legal bases

Where the law requires it, we ask before tracking. Elsewhere, we rely on notice or implied consent and give you an opt-out.

EEA, UK and Switzerland. We ask for your consent when you first open the Game. Section 13 names the consent tool each Game uses; Tumble Pics uses one certified under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Analytics and personalised advertising run only with your consent. Without it you still get ads, but they are not personalised. We rely on legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and essential diagnostics, and on legal obligation where the law requires it.

Québec. Where a Game is offered in Québec, we obtain your express opt-in consent before any tracking technology is activated. Section 13 shows which Games are offered there.

United States. We process data on the basis of notice. Where our use of advertising partners counts as "selling" or "sharing" under state privacy laws, you can opt out (section 9).

Rest of Canada and other regions. We rely on your implied consent for non-sensitive analytics and advertising, which you can withdraw at any time (section 9).

5. Who we share it with

Only the partners each Game needs — analytics, ads, consent, purchases, content delivery and the app stores. We don't sell your data for money.

We share data only with the service providers each Game uses, listed with what they receive in section 13. They fall into these groups:

  • Analytics providers, to understand how the Game is played.
  • Advertising mediation and ad networks, to choose and show ads and measure them. Ad networks may use data for their own purposes under their own policies, where you have allowed it.
  • Consent tools, to record and pass on your privacy choices.
  • Purchase services, to process in-app purchases with the app stores.
  • Content delivery, to download Game content to your device.
  • App stores (Apple, Google), which process purchases and app reviews under their own terms.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transfer such as a sale of the company.

US note: under some state laws, using advertising partners can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described in section 9.

6. Where your data goes

Our partners process data mainly in the US and EU, protected by standard legal safeguards.

We operate no servers that store your data. It is processed on the infrastructure of the providers in section 13, mainly in the United States and the European Union. For transfers out of the UK or EEA we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, or on Standard Contractual Clauses. For transfers out of Québec we make sure the information gets comparable protection.

7. How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it.

We keep analytics and attribution data for up to 14 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. We may keep data longer where the law requires it, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

8. Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access or delete your data. Some regions have extra rights, listed below.

Everyone: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@fabric-games.com. Our Games have no accounts, so tell us which Game and device the request is about; we may ask for the device's advertising or app identifier to find your data.

EEA and UK residents can also restrict or object to processing, ask for data portability, and complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

Canadian residents can access and correct their data and withdraw consent. Québec residents can also ask for deletion and portability, be told about automated decisions, and complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information.

California residents can know, delete and correct their data, opt out of its sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive data, and not be discriminated against for using these rights. Residents of other US states with privacy laws have similar rights.

9. Managing and withdrawing consent

Change your mind any time, in the Game, in your device settings or by email.

  • In the Game: where a Game offers privacy options in its settings, you can review or change your choices there at any time. Section 13 says where.
  • Advertising ID: on Android, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. On iOS, turn tracking off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • By email: write to hello@fabric-games.com and we will act on your request.

10. Children

Our Games aren't for children, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Our Games are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age of consent: 13 in the United States and the UK, 14 in Québec, and between 13 and 16 in the EEA, depending on the country. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@fabric-games.com and we will delete it.

11. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is perfect.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this; we'll change the date and give notice of material changes.

When we update this policy we change the date at the top. We give reasonable notice of material changes, which take effect 30 days after posting.

13. Game details
